Welcome to the Craters of the Moon Natural History Association. We are a private nonprofit organization established in 1959. Our mission is to assist our National Park Service partner with interpretive, educational, and scientific activities at Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve.
Wish Granters is a nonprofit organization located in Boise, Idaho. Wish Granters makes a lasting impact in the lives of Idaho families by granting wishes to adults who have been diagnosed with a non-age-related terminal illness, or potentially terminal illness. Most of these wishes are heartfelt, such as being able to touch, feed, and watch your family ride a Clydesdale horse; or as simple as a Wish Bag full of grocery gift cards and restaurant gift cards that allow the recipient the comfort, independence, and dignity that they deserve.
We cherish our time together – greeting one another, passing the peace, and celebrating each other’s company as we gather to worship our God.
You are welcome to participate in worship at your own comfort level. Sing your heart out or simply nod your head to the beat; pray with your hands raised or resting at your sides; wear jeans or dress to impress. No matter how you show up, we’re glad you came!
On your way home, feel free to take a gift from our homes to yours, freshly baked bread in the basket just outside the sanctuary. You are also more than welcome to join us in the fellowship hall after each service for coffee, snacks, and conversation.
